questions from cafés
How much does it cost?
the starter set (250ml infinity glass bottle + 1 sheet) is RM 19.90 at our café price, usually RM 29.90, with no minimum order. refill packs of 6 sheets are RM 12.90 each, usually RM 16.90, with a minimum order of 5 packs.
How much soap does one sheet make?
each sheet makes 250ml of foaming hand soap, enough to fill one infinity glass bottle. a refill pack of 6 sheets makes 1.5 litres, the same as a big bottle of liquid soap, in a pack that fits in a drawer.
What if a bottle breaks?
every glass bottle bought for a business is covered by Swap 365. within 365 days we replace it, no questions asked, if the glass breaks (accidental drops included), cracks or chips, if the bottle or pump leaks, or if the pump gets stuck, stops working or won't dispense.
Why sheets instead of liquid soap?
liquid hand soap is over 90% water, so you pay to ship and store water in plastic bottles. sheets mean no spills, no sticky residue and no bulky jugs taking up space, and nothing goes in the bin but a paper pack.
Do my staff need training?
no. drop a sheet in the bottle, add water, give it a shake. we'll leave a how-to card too.
